Lone Boar Taxidermy LLC was built on a passion for craftsmanship, hunting heritage, and a commitment to preserving memories that last a lifetime.

Our award-winning lead taxidermist, David L. McGrath, graduated at the top of his class from the Central Texas School of Taxidermy in 2002. He continued honing his skills under the guidance of Woodbury Taxidermy through 2005 before establishing McGrath Taxidermy in 2006. Alongside providing custom taxidermy services, David also offered professional wild boar removal services throughout the region.

For more than 20 years, David’s unmatched craftsmanship has earned the trust of hunters, guides, outfitters, and collectors across the United States. His work can be found in homes, lodges, and trophy rooms nationwide, reflecting a dedication to quality, realism, and attention to detail that has become the hallmark of the company.

As the company celebrated 20 years of service in 2026, McGrath Taxidermy proudly evolved into Lone Boar Taxidermy LLC
